The usage allowance is shared, not doubled.
How setup, pilots, and monthly billing work
We first check your tools and records, agree the written scope, and confirm availability. Standard onboarding includes configuration, testing, and a handoff. The first two pilot clients start with one 30-day period at the selected monthly price, beginning on accepted activation. A pilot does not renew automatically; continuing requires your written choice.
After a pilot, ongoing service is month-to-month, paid in advance. Cancel before the next renewal and service continues through the paid period. If we cannot deliver the accepted standard scope, we refund the Built on Prompt service payment. No revenue result is guaranteed.
What is included in the software and support
Standard automation runtime and AI usage are included within the service limits. You keep your own email, domain, and existing business subscriptions. Any required new or premium license is itemized and accepted before purchase.
Care includes automatic error alerts, a weekly manual review, and a monthly usage or quality note. Support and minor edits are limited to 30 minutes per month for either individual service, or 45 minutes total for the bundle; unused time does not roll over. Fixes to defects in our agreed setup are included and do not use that allowance. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days, Monday–Friday, Central time, excluding holidays.
How usage and dashboard data are counted
Each new eligible inbound message counts once, including a later message in an existing conversation. Retries, duplicates, and obvious spam filtered before processing do not count. Growth Hub includes up to 300 new inquiry records per month and a one-time import of up to 500 clean records. The bundle shares these limits.
We notify you at 80% usage. At the limit, additional items remain available for your team to handle manually; extra automation pauses. There are no automatic overage charges. An optional $49/month capacity block adds up to 300 messages and corresponding records on the same tested workflow, with your approval. One extra block is available at launch, with no rollover.
Connected dashboard sources refresh daily. Manual records are only as current as the information your team supplies. Every dashboard identifies its definitions and data freshness.
What needs a separate scope
These services cover one business and supported tools confirmed during the fit check. Inbox Assistant creates drafts for human review. Automatic sending, phone or SMS handling, social inboxes, bookings, refunds, payment decisions, attachment OCR, multilingual service, migrations, paid data connectors, historical data cleanup, and custom integrations are outside standard setup. Contact us for an estimate for separately scoped implementation. We agree the scope, price, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Who is the course for?
Beginners, creators, and small business owners who want to turn knowledge into a useful digital product. You should be comfortable editing documents, creating online accounts, and reviewing AI-generated work.
Which tools do I need?
You need a browser, a document or text editor, and access to an AI tool suitable for your chosen work. The examples use ChatGPT. Available features depend on your account; no specific model is required. The HTML reader works offline after extracting the ZIP. On mobile, you can use the complete PDF.
What does the $39 include?
The complete written course: an offline HTML reader, eight knowledge checks, a PDF course and workbook, a prompt collection, and eight editable workbook worksheets, a complete example product, and a customer-question assistant spreadsheet. The one-time price is $39 USD. No video or product demonstration assignment is required. Individual working sessions, recorded lessons, and done-for-you services are not included.
Can I get personal feedback or recorded lessons?
A 60-minute working session or custom implementation is available by estimate. Both are optional and separate from the self-paced course. See what each includes and contact us for an estimate. Recorded lessons may be offered later; no release date or price has been set.
Will this make money or go viral?
There is no guaranteed income, customer count, or reach. The course gives you a process for building and testing an offer. Demand, execution, pricing, and distribution determine the result.
Can everything run automatically?
Automation depends on the tools and permissions available to your accounts. The course introduces one manageable repeatable task, basic checks, and what to do when a step fails. Account setup and important decisions still need your review.

No. The $39 course is a self-paced learning product. Inbox Assistant and Growth Hub are separate business services. We review your tools and requirements, then confirm a written scope and price before work begins.
How do I start with a business service?
Send an inquiry about your inbox or dashboard needs. We’ll email a private questionnaire to help us understand your business. We check fit, available tools, and the information needed for the workflow. Implementation timing, testing, handoff, and any ongoing support are agreed before you commit. The inquiry buttons open our request form; they do not purchase a service.
